An employee who has been made redundant or who has accepted voluntary redundancy shall not be re-employed by the University until a period of time has elapsed equivalent to the period of their redundancy payment. The Vice Chancellor reserves the right to vary this time period.
Approval to employ people after this period will require the approval of the appropriate Administrative Head prior to making an offer of employment.
The University shall not be responsible for any change in taxation treatment of the redundancy payment.
