About the Web Self Service
Welcome to Murdoch University, Human Resources Web Self Service.
Web Self Service (WSS) is a web-enabled interface between the Concept V8 HMS database and the User. The Web Self Service provides access for current members of staff to selected information stored on the Human Resources personnel/payroll system, Concept.
Web Self Service helps organisations to improve their productivity by enabling information to be added to and viewed from the database quickly and easily. Using the Web Self Service means that tasks previously requiring the assistance of a Human Resources Officer become 'self-service'.
This site has been established to help staff use the facility and to answer any questions you may have. If you are unable to find the answer to your question here, please contact Linda Barton (HR Systems Manager) or the Human Resources Help Desk.
At the bottom of this page is a link for the Web Self Service (WSS) site which will take you to a 'gateway' or entry page. It is important that you bookmark the gateway page and not the login page. This will ensure you are directed to the correct site each time you log in and will also keep you informed of any changes that may be occurring to WSS by way of a 'News' Section.
Please take time to read the help page before using the
site for the first time as this will enable you to use Web Self Service more
effectively.
